I am having an absolutely wicked day. I woke early, and before I could return a call, message received yesterday (I've been on pins and needles), I got the call again.
"We want to offer you the position . . . "
Although I knew it was coming, waiting wasn't fun. When I heard the words, it felt a little surreal.
I must say good bye to my first pastry position at Dine Restaurant and join a really good team of chefs at another restaurant/hotel. I am excited and nervous, but I am that way about all new beginnings.
